Opened in 2019, Tanakita Ceramics is a family-run business that was started
by a father and his two daughters. Originally opened with the intention of
playing a supportive role in the industry by providing a space for new and
existing artisans to learn and explore the medium. That purpose branched
into providing workshops, tools, equipments and services that are geared
towards education and allowing pottery to be more accessable.
